MPDAYouth Work Service

Youth Work Service What's Involved?

MPDA facilitate several Youth Services within our Youth Programme.  Much of this programme is volunteer led and MPDA are a registered EA Youth Centre.  However, MPDA have been supported by BBC Children in Need for several years.  This funding support allows us to employ a dedicated Youth Worker, who oversees all Youth Programming.  MPDA are also funded by Triangle Housing to provide football coaching to Ballycraigy and St Josephs Primary Schools.  Each month these children attend the Primary Schools Football League and take part in Football tournaments against schools from different areas.

Currently, MPDA Youth Service facilitate 6 main programmes, which include Afterschool’s Club, Homework Club, Youth Football Provision, Junior Youth Group, Senior Youth Group and the Working Together…Planning Ahead Cross Community Youth Group.
