Muckamore Friendship Group Service What's Involved?
MPDA are funded by ANBC Community Facilities and Programmes to facilitate a senior group called Muckamore Friendship Group. This group meet each week to take part in different activities, such as Arts and Crafts, Boccia, Music and Movement, Yoga, Crocheting and gardening.
The Friendship Group also enjoy attending trips and outings. This group is open to anyone over the age of 50 years old and it offers people an opportunity to meet friends, build new friendships, learn new skills, improve wellbeing and reduce isolation.

Activities
Weekly sessions offering a variety of engaging activities, including Arts and Crafts, Boccia, Music and Movement. These activities are designed to be fun, social, and beneficial for both mind and body.
